Sample Training
I like to start with an attention-getter. When doing in-person training it is usually a story on the training topic. I then let the learners know what they will be learning so I explain the objectives verbally. As we go along I involve my learners by asking questions that pertain to the subject matter. Depending on the topic we might have practice scenarios We review the points sometimes at the end of each topic and always at the end of the training. I also give links to where they can find more information on the topic.
